BNR offers 2 options for the Focus ST! First option is the BNR2867 Generation 2 and the second option is the BNR3071 Generation 2. Both units use our own cast iron adapters that bolt to our GT series internal wastegate turbine housing which makes it simply bolt directly to the Focus ST! This is set up to mount all OEM external hardware (water/oil lines/bolts ect.) with ease! Don’t have to worry about leaky aftermarket fittings, just use all that high end, stainless fittings and hardware that comes with the car! All boost control fittings from the stock turbo transfer right over to our custom T04B compressor housing and cast aluminum 3″ compressor inlet! If you have a 3″ intake system on the car all you will need is a 3″ silicone coupler to fit it up to your aftermarket intake system! Using either upgrade will require you to run and external bypass/blow off valve. We supply all the hardware needed to install the turbocharger (must reuse original header gasket).
FOST BNR2867
The 2867G2 compressor option is really the best option for stock fuel system and stock block cars. It has enough air flow for 400-420 WHP with really good response and power band. From what I gather the stock fuel system is only good for 350 WHP before auxiliary fueling is needed. If you don’t have plans for aux fuel or built engine, this turbo is your guy.

- Multi-layer turbine inlet and outlet gaskets (for the BNR housing)
- 2 bolt aluminum compressor inlet adapter with O ring

- 1 M12 1.5 Stainless Banjo bolt (oil inlet to adapter)
- 4 M12 Copper washers (oil inlet)
- 4 M14 Copper washers (water inlet/outlet)

FOST BNR3071
The 3071 G2 is intended for cars with built engines and auxiliary fuel systems! This turbo is good for up to around 500 WHP. This upgrade takes a little longer to spool over the 2867 but nets around 100 more peak HP. If you anticipate aux fuel system and/or a forged internal engine this turbo would be the best option!

Honestly I was very hesitant about getting a brand that was not aware of. But after doing much research and talking with Stephanie, I was hooked. Got it installed on the car, had a few snags here and there. Definitely make sure you get an external blow off valve if you do not have one already. Had it made over 350 the wheel before my clutch slipped out, dialed it back and the car is happy. With over 118,000 miles and making over 300 to the wheel this is not a bad deal. very happy with this turbo.

Great Spool time, pulled out 400+ WHP no problems on a built ST. But unfortunately it only lasted 4 months/8000kms of normal driving. Didnt even get a chance to give it a hard time, let alone enjoy it. Dont make my mistake, buy a Garrett.
