Carbon Fiber is one of the most commonly damaged items in transit, due to the amount of damage claims, manufacturers have implemented very strict claim terms for any damage, so please read this carefully as you will be responsible for the receipt of your item and making any claim for damage upon arrival.

Carbon fiber items that are delivered via LTL Freight (Truck carrier, not ground shipping) will need to be inspected at the time of delivery, if there are any damages to the item they must be notated on the Bill of Lading and reported to the driver.

Please be very diligent when inspecting your item upon delivery, even if there is no visible damages to the packaging, unbox the item and overlook the entire item very closely before signing for the delivery. If damages are not reported, the Manufacturer and Graveyard Performance may not be responsible for any claim.
